Picked up the board from Ben on Saturday morning.

So the board is now on the eastern suburbs of Syd-er-knee. Iggs will no doubt want a bash. Couldn't get out on the weekend, besides, I think I can't stomach 1' nor-east slop any more.

Looking to get out on Thursday or Friday this week. Will have to check the weather charts to see if anything worthwhile comes through.

I'll hand it around the eastern suburbs boys that I know and try to get a northern beaches morning organised some time to get it round those parts.

I'd be really keen to have a go.. I live in Bondi but spend every weekend down at Thirroul so maybe could hand it over to someone in the Illawarra???

haha ok, ill bring my camera. It doesn't have a tripod though so you'll have to put up with crappy shot placement.

Sounds good jimmy but I think there are a few northern beaches bitches that want a go before it heads further south, but you'd be the man to take it down to some punters in the gong.

Very close to my go-to board's dimensions. I'll swap with someone for a wave or two, why not? I've never ridden a compsand.

Well I'm bit of a midget huie, so it should be OK, but if it's too small for me I could just pass it on to Butts.

And if it's too small for him .................... I'll get the young fella on to it.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

I will PM Olds about picking it up in the East and dropping it down to the Gong.. I think it might be an OK size for me.. Allround board is 6ft so would actually prefer it a bit shorter but cant wait to give it a whirl!

Iggs, oldman and I met at Maroubra this morning to catch up and admire a few surfboards.

It was great to catch up with them, but the surf wasn't very cooperative. Mushy strong onshore 1-3ft waves :(

I got a couple of waves on the compsand and it felt very fast, thats for sure. Very difficult to tell in such junky conditions though.

No photos other than the board lineup. Maybe when we get a swell we'll meet up again and give it another shot getting photos :)

a question about the board huie, the rails seemed to be chiseled all the way down the board, making the rail a bit sharper.

whats the rationale behind this interesting piece of work? :)

just curious, ive never seen it before myself
