Easy 10ft sets at some beaches at lunchtime. Pretty out of control. Some outer reefs looked interesting. Some I hadn’t ever seen before.

Yep, very solid. Not many options, it is absolutely heaving out there!

Surfed the point which had some good ones. Not as big there. Crowded, for sure.

Gonna hit a certain big left near me tomorrow morning, with my big old 7'2" 1990's gun.

A few guys jumping off the North Side of Maccas to paddle out and dodge big messy lumps rolling gradually around to Bronte which was one big dredgy close out. Water looked filthy. Waves were sectiony but only breaking halfway down the face so the more capable were stringing a few sections together. Looked like a mal would have handled it better.

Yep. Manly had a massive peak breaking way out in front of the pub. Broke way further out than I've ever seen it break before, from the beach it nearly looked to peak in line with Shelley. Looked potentially rideable if you could get out to it and you had the nuts to have a crack.

I've seen that break a few times when I was out at The Bower. No way I wanted to be anywhere near it.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Around 10am a lifeguard on a rescue board was out on up near that wave mid Manly - it sure was big. He caught one and got smashed on another for a long swim in. The wave looked like a great left hander but everyone I saw seemed to be all under gunned.

Dawn session at south end Maroubra. Easily paddle out. Six to eight foot. Plenty of water moving. Tricky conditions, hard to position, but some screamers coming through. Only 3 out

Dropped off nicely for me. Scored some cranking lefts at the deep water bommie near me. On my Outer Islands 6'1", which is such a good paddler.

Apparently point is off it's head

What I would call 6 to 8 at Tama. Big crew with some good looking lefts in between some big close outs. Out of my league.

Well it’s still solid. Thought it looked about 4 foot, casual paddle out till a set of 6 foot plus cleaned up and washed me way down the beach.
