They look nice, I should get glass ons, they feel better and I don't fuss around with my fins much anyway. Be curious to hear how you go through spring conditions on this beauty

Whilst Dave P’s are rare as in Aus, am thinking the Psillakis ‘wide point forward’ model could be somewhat near-enough as a 2+1.

something like a 7’2 x 20.3/4 x 2 3/4 to cover a broad range of conditions from waist high peelers to double overhead plus.

They look ok here. Anyone see one in the flesh? I’ve had a couple of psillakis boards before, and rate his shapes.

Yeah spoken to Mike P about these in the run of swell a few months ago. He highly recommend them in the stuff you like riding HM. Looked at my Jye Bryne and reckoned my tail was too wide and recommended that thing above.

I think they are pretty soft up front but harden up early. Lower than medium. Think the wide point is half a foot up from the centre. Low entry, maybe a bit of roll for entry. Not completely sure to be honest. Ive picked up one quickly. I know a guy who has one and he looked the best he’s looked for years in 4ft plus, to a mug like me anyway.

MP’s take was you can ride them in deep water big rollers or faster hollow stuff. He doesn’t usually get too excited about his boards when explaining them but thinks he’s on a winner with these. And let’s face it saw a 50 YO plus guy in 4-6ft surf who doesn’t know any better and was selling me a board

These things take time toots, Iggy's got a massive mirrored middle aged weight dungeon induced hernia he's been having to deal with so, don't rush him.

I’m simply too lazy to list a few boards on the gumtree to make way for it, that’s all.

And the hernia was a very minor ventral hernia that I’d had for years. And got it sorted in case weights aggravated it.

If you can get Iggy to get it from Kiama. I’ll go and see him the next time I’m in Sydney which should be in a couple of weeks. We can have a succulent Middle Eastern feed and I’ll bring it back up.
