Assuming the Bonzer would be your board for the bigger cleaner stuff.
Correct, so I want a quad/2+1 for a bit more snap in beachies. Considering Goddard, Outer Island or perhaps a Christensen Nautilus, which is a stretched out quad fish.

The agony of choice?!?
For the dollars, you can't go past PCC. Experience shaping midlengths is worth it's weight in gold.

I scored a great ride on my middy yesterday. Long left with a pocket that wouldn't quit.

These pics of nulla beachies today - poached off biarms digital
Facebook page.

These - are mid length and single fin waves to a fkng tee. I've surfed these beachies many times breaking exactly like this on my middie and single fins. Each time have had a blast, Tearing down the line, Covering ground,'swooping thru carves.

Totes. Those overhead south swell walls simply beg for a longer rail line. Gonna give your bonzer a whirl out there tomorrow midday onwards and see what's up. Or maybe the big ol
70's pintail single.

Long time no see.

Question: has anyone out there got a 7’2 firewire seaxe? What fins did you put in it.

I’ve only ever used fcs fins and the board i’m looking at getting second hand has futures. What are the equivalent sizes in futures for GX sides/rears.

I’m thinking
Single: 8” flex fin
2 + 1: FCS 7.25 and some MR trailers/gx side bites
Quads: Large AM.

I don't have one of those but recently tried the large AM2 fins up front in a mid length quad. So good I bought matching rears, except AM1.
