How big are those Soar fins, Cuttie?
Size:123mm(Base) x145mm(Height) Weight:169g
https://www.soarfin.com/epages/soarfin. ... 06938-0018
Says out of stock but I clicked on them and lo and behold they went into the cart and I could actually buy them and before I knew it they were delivered.
I love them. Used to run them in a DVS 6' Weiner model and they transformed the board.
In the Tajen in 3-4 glassy A frames in winter they gave a snowboard in powder carving feel.

Looks very similar to the Gash that Iggy delivered to me a few weeks ago.
I’ve been having a blast on it.

Sounds like a Joel Fitz sea gypsy would suit you well. Wasn't it Tootr who bought one from my local shop? If so how are you liking it?

The Sea Gypsy and the Magic Carpet seem quite different. The Magic Carpet has a narrower nose and tail and more nose lift. I think it would handle the waves I surf on the bukit a bit better. If someone was giving them away though either of them would be perfectly OK.

The Magic Carpet is the board Roger Hall is presenting at 2:26 into the video above.
