Short fin revision.

I bought a new set of fins but these short ones don't have the same drive through the kick as the long ones.
So I'm going to put another surface over the top of the blade to double the area.
Probably only an inch above the main blade but it will double the area and having the two blades close together will accentuate the push of the fin.
