I had 42 litres but am riding 34 litres. Snub nose, so compensates for lower volume.

I’ve had one of these in a 6’2 before. Loved it.

Picked this up off gumtree.

Lost - short round model - lib-tech.
6’2 x 21 x 2.63 @ 38 litres.

Secondhand, used twice, and in mint condition. Half the price at $550 w’out fins (retails new at $1099 AUD)

Bought a new set of FCS2 performer carbon XL size to go with it at $159.

Got it for beach breaks, waist high to a foot or two overhead.

Only managed a quick go out just now at Stanwell Park. The second I arrived the south wind kicked in at full speed and ruined the conditions, so too early to feel it out yet.

Here’s the blurb on it

I’ve been keeping an eye out for a second hand 6’0 quiver killer in libtech for ages. They sound almost indestructible and good for trips cos if you ding them they don’t suck in water.

I’m looking forward to giving it a proper run next week if this swell delivers. Third surf on it so far, and for flex through turns and dampening through bump i can’t honesty feel the difference between lib tech construction and polyurethane board.

Got chatting to another bloke that had a lib tech for nearly two years, surfed it loads, and didn’t have a mark on it.

Yeh, a little rare. A 6'4 2+1 with a sub nose and pin tail and a big V running down from the middle of the board.

I've spoken to people who compare the squirt to bonzers.

He's not getting any younger (75) so decided to give him a call and asked for fun board that could work in something faster or more powerful.

I had a 6'8 Al Byrne/Hot Stuff 6 chanel in about 1984. Great board that went really well in Indo.

I just picked up this Mark Plater flying fish for 100 big ones. Light depressions on top. The glassed in soar fins and bottom are unblemished.
Feels like a really solid board, great glass job.

Maybe a bit MR super twin inspired? I know Mark used to make boards for MR.

I was interested in what the triple concaves meant but it looks like it's just single to double within the single. Pretty deep though.

It's a bit bigger than I usually ride but I think it could be good to have a cheap board for those high tide Lennox rock offs.

Can't go wrong for the coin.

Take that ghastly tail pad off before you do anything.
