funny you should say that, coz I leant him a Fat-Beaver quad of mine, and he loved it....this was after the order was placed and shaped...and now he has already bought a quad set of fins for the new ( supposed predominant thruster ) sled....this shape looks an ideal one to have the 5 plugs on it so you have the options....

small fun waves up here lately, was between 2 and 4 ft for about 5 weeks with good winds most days...haha, sorry bout the fugly goofy, shoulda edited the melon out...all good with the traveller...

Mark, had the best beachie surf yet on my new QF. Finally getting to understand her better now and lovin her. Still a much smaller sweet spot though for my back foot to find, but I just have to keep practising with her!!!

Was all rights though, so still haven't worked her out on my backhand off the top.

recently got to suss out an MP MOTE cutty board from 71, authenticated by Michael himself....




and a 5'6" 'dim-SIM', still love these shapes , sooo much fun, amazed more people aren't enjoyin them, but then again its not all about FUNction for many unfortunately, sooo many people could be enjoyin themselves so much more if on the right craft.....but then they might get more waves and I might not get as many haha....on hand am wanting to help, next second, selfish greedy wave hungry pig hahaha......

5'5 1/2" x 18 x 2 7/16", 24 ltrs, MORE foam then average grommy of 52 kgs would need but my grom misses too many waves so I have squeezed extra foam in this one but you'd never know, its got pretty lowish rails and refined thru the nose and tail...my son did his artwork...

yeah mate, rolled vee thats varied amounts on different parts of the board...super pinched/bladey type rails....woulda been hard to surf it well I reckon...unless you were MP at Kirra....haha....will make myself one soon....

Yeh been surfing every day for the past 5 days, sometimes twice a day. It's been light winds and consistent from the E-SE every day. Hasn't been below head high. Suffolk, the pass, Lennox, all pumping at some time or another.

Bumped into SS today at Lennox, had a great yarn!

personally dont like rolled vees at all, not for the way I wanna surf and the waves I get round here anyway...could be totally different if I was alogger on soft running point waves though..but want one just for the sake of having an MP replica in the quiver, or one more mp type shape that is haha......glad ya bumped into SS...tell him to get in touch with me if ya see him again....
