Hi Jorgo,
Sounds interesting. I love the fish fry.
I almost went but need to stay away from events like that.
So my will was good.
I even had some "stuff" all made which could have been well received by the crew but my non-commercial side took over.
There's a few "Cuttlefish models made by other shapers...DMS (Dan McDonald shapes), DVS (Dick Van Straalen) are a couple of the local ones.
Did you take any pics?
If so can you start a thread on "Logs,eggs and alternatives"?

That's my kind of stick, MP ... I see that one's a quad. What changes would you have to make for that to be a thruster?

the rocker, tail planshape and bottom contours are all tweaked to surf better with a quad set up, so I would just alter them a little to suit a thruster set up.....

hahaha, you really have a problem, there are so many surfboard shapers using available computer technolgy and you chose to try to give me the shits, what about DHD, SA, Chilli, JS and co, they are all using the same process...dont see you havin a crack at them, but then again, its pretty brave of someone to anonymously sling shit on the net....I dont deal with anyone called Pete, so get ya facts right to begin with....most shapers have a glasser to finish off the boards, your shit slinging is lame, you throw stuff that is common place throughout the industry, ...yep, my glasser is named Phil, he does a great job and thats why I work with him, again poor effort to sling shit but it does show what kinda person you are and people can see that...go back into your little hole and maybe have a look at yourself...coz I am fine, having a great life and it'll take more than some tosser having digs to bother me....

Just to clarify this.I have no problem with someone posting a criticism of someone else on here where they have the right of reply. But it should have some credence and should only happen once. Anything more than that is harrassment, pure and simple.

Always got a few things in the works Captn but atm I am kinda dabbling with a few things...epoxy-eps tech, twinzers, dimples and a few other more out there things that are still at the very early stages, its moeny that holds me back from really getting into alot of different design ideas I plan on trialing so its steady as she goes and just pickin and choosing the ones I get the most stoked on at the time.....but the twinzer is something I am really enjoying playing with atm....

I know of a really good condition 'dim-SIM' for sale, its 5'6" x 21 3/4" x 2 3/4" ( need to confirm those exact dims ), its polished with a deep red tinted bottom and rails, looks good, twin keel...let me know if anyones keen....condition is 9 outta 10 and price is $490 guy liked the board but he is 60 so found the board needed a quicker pop up than his old legs wanted to do, he surfed it well once he was up but needed a slow and easy wave at take off, so he has upgraded to a 6'8" Fat-Bat....

got an email from a customer who became a good buddy in 2008 in Yamba. He was from Argentina and a bloody great bloke, a bit of a free spirt who travels the world surfing and getting into alot of natural therapies and different cultures. He sent me a few pics of him surfing in Mexico on a 6'3" step-up I shaped him before he left Australia and went to Indo and beyond... I'll have more on my site soon....its great to see boards and where they go to, and the stoke they can give...
