Sounds good hatchy, lemme know!Hatchnam wrote:if you're interested in the Deus I'll let you know when I'm soon ready to let it go (prob in about two weeks or so). It's the Chris Garrett rocket fish, but with all the Deus branding, hipster resin tints, cutlap glassing etc. the Rocket fish is one of his prior models, based off the early 80's Town and Country twins that Martin potter was riding, though with massive concave bottom and stabiliser fin.

Looks like more fun than a box full of birds.
Fair bit of toe-in, or just the perspective?

Re: Twin fins as go-to boards
Perspective. The concave is a trip. Single for sheer speed. 12 mil at deepest point in front of the fins.

Did I read the stringer correctly?
Actually no I didn't. Lol.That would be taking self deprecation to the limit.

You aren’t the room Yuke You are just a wonky cafe table with a missing rubber pad on the end of one leg.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Re: Twin fins as go-to boards
Bit of Maurice cole style concave. Does it flat out the back into a vee?
Looks pretty shizznit.

Re: Twin fins as go-to boards
No vee. Single concave exits the tail. There'll be a small stabiliser fin.
Re: Twin fins as go-to boards
Fin size? Deeeeeeeeeep single concave.
Re: Twin fins as go-to boards
These..

Trailer fin: Height...90mm Base...75mm Rake...90mm

Re: Twin fins as go-to boards
it's going to be fking quick!... will soon find out how it goes, as in about 2 weeks i'll be able to surf it (it's getting dropped off for glassing mid-week)
Re: Twin fins as go-to boards
It will be lightening. With those big fins your knees and hips will be ripped to shreds figure 8'ing all over the place.
