Surfed good desserts last year. Though at 4- 6 foot not 6- 8foot.

Rode 6'2 x 18 1/4 x 2 1/4, step up board, rounded pin. Single concave. Low soft rails. Simon Anderson SXE rocker (the older SXE profile with a bit more curve through the guts). Went a treat. Foiled out a bit more than the current off the rack version.

My comments re the Sh1tty Dumpster were tongue in cheek just to stir some of you up. Ive never ridden one myself so I can't comment. I just like the reactions. Keeps me entertained. Moving along now.

cool, my first board I made last year looks like those
I just tried to do a fish but put a diamond tail on it instead of a swallow.
pity that at 5'7 x 19 its a tad too small for me so cant give a good ride report.

looks like that other one wont be mine after all, had a customer come in and ask me something fun , thats a bit wider and about 5'8- 5' 10"...bye bye 'Double D'....another blank the same already ordered.... but there definitely is quite a bit of interest in this type of shape atm.....

c.mon mical, couldhave included the "Double D" in the visual imagery section hey ??? especially when we have only half made 1 so far... but it is good to see the diff between the outlines like that.
Iggs , love ya knew avatar, there are some beauties atm....and its not that silly to do a shit hot high perf mini-mal, been doin a few for touros and b-packers but I get a bit carried away sometimes and refine them a bit more than they need, done some with diamond tails, dble cons, ks2.1 fin template and glassed em in all 4, they look fun for a 7'0" thats for sure.....no racing stripes but ....
I always think of some of the chunky slabs that Occ rode shaped by Rusty for a while there, they were flat, wide but fark he was killing it on them, remembermeeting him as a grom at a shop on the Sunny Coast and he had the squeakiest voice ever heard for a male.....he tore the shitter outta it the next few days, was that S.A.N.D comp at Sharks ( alex ), midnight oil played and some footage of 'Wave of the Future " was done then, that awesome air-layback of Occs was done right in front of my unbelieving grommy eyes...was my first sniff of what hot chicks surfers could get too...ahhh the memories......fark, bit off track here, wtf was I taliking bout,,,,
