Bugger it

Wondering if there are surfable waves someplace you've never visited? Or have you had an injury and want to compare experiences? Do it here!

Bugger it

Post by Dingus » Sat Oct 28, 2006 11:40 pm

OK here's the go, and I need some direction from you world weary crew.

I'm planning to base myself in the Marshall Islands at the end of next year, give or take a month or two.

I've been doing some passive research for a month or two now and think I can manage the lifestyle and work depending on which way I go for work (local or global), can even house-swap in Europe too I reckon when it suits.

Who's visited, knows a bit of the chances for a bungalow on the beach or some sort of cheaper than tourist option. What about the mix of people, ie. Locals/Imports/Tourists. Anything else you might want to add.

Thanks guys.

:lol:

Living basically. Want to move there for the lifestyle.

Sure there'll be bulk surfing and a little boat for meself but if your worried about any expoitation of any kind, especially surf related, you will not find it here, I'm not about that. Besides, that's hard work :oops:

As to work, I'm looking into contractual positions with the UN, or some sort of local based work/investment such as agriculture or imports or some such, haven't got it all figured out yet.

Checking Dae's ANZAC records, best I can make out according to his past history
(all openly available on the net with KK's burrowing de-encription software)
is some sort of partnership with SSrocks in an animal husbandry/sex slave/surf camp operation;
"Beastiality at the Beach", is just one idea for a name thus far.
All this is very hush hush, mind you.
