Scapula

Post by channels » Fri Jun 22, 2018 12:21 pm

Finally got MRI & CT results back after my accident, and the winner is a fractured scapula.

Seeing a specialist next week to ascertain if surgery is needed or I can get away without it.

Anyone had a similar injury?

Sounds better than tearing your tendons mate. Lucky as it could have been worse. How long are you out of the water for?

Yep. Doc has said another 3-4 weeks in the sling then another round of MRI & CT to check if it's all good to go.

If so, then onto the rehab to build my shoulders, biceps, pecs etc back from the mush they are becoming from non-use.

Kunj - How long did it take to get your arm back to normal strength?
