A common injury it would seem. How is your mobility?
Mobility and strength are fine. I knew when I did it, hanging on (my board :\ ), when I shouldn't have. But didn't hurt as much as when I tore the tendon off my forearm (other arm) a couple of years earlier.
If I think before I lift my arm, no problem. If I reach up for something above shoulder height without thinking, I get a painful twinge in my shoulder.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Just had confirmation from the Doc my bicep is torn and has been for ages. Chronic rupture of the longhead of the biceps tendon with fatty atrophy of the biceps.
No point in surgery. I wouldn't go for it anyway.
Everything else is normal apart from a subacromial bursitis. Gonna try some physio.
Physio made an interesting (scary) comment yesterday.
"Yes. You've got 2 tendons there and you've only torn one. Just don't tear the other one" #*! #*!
