I should note those were subjective improvements ie how much stronger I felt and how I could feel that when surfing.
The greatest measureable improvement came when I went to 24 kg. I dropped a half per cent of body fat and put on a kilo of muscle.

I do 20 gluten raises, 2 sets of 15 flying a dogs and 75 reps of kettle bell swings. That takes about 5 minutes.

Did a boxing workout today for the first time in 10 years.

Was giving away 45kgs to the guy I partnered with for pad work, my hands were tingling for an hour afterwards and he couldn't punch for shit. Plus he kept forgetting to start sets with a jab so nearly clocked me a few times.
By the end of the course when he can punch he'll knock me into next week.

Also did another training paddle. Had a short window so only did 5kms. Tried to do an interval set but for some reason I couldn't get my HR above 150 even when at 13.5kmh.
Strange.

well fcuk the lots of yas, the super chick and I are gonna try to break the Long Reef to Newport record on Thursday. It's just on 11k and the record is 48 mins. You need a lot of wind and a relaxing tide. I am not really physically set for it but whatever, she is. She and Lizzie Welborn did Milsons Point to Palm Beach on Sunday in just under five hours.

Milsons Point to Palm Beach. That's an epic and beautiful paddle! How far do you reckon? 45 kms?
