Fentanyl works for my best mate who has a severe back injury & is unable to work, or have quality of life. He has already tried the CBD, but it didn't work enough, but each case is individual & results may vary. Phenibut also helps with muscle tightness (and sleep), but you have to be careful with that too.

He has had to move as the govt won't give him a disability pension

You do have to be ***EXTREMELY CAREFUL*** with Fentanyl as it is 50-100 times more potent than morphine.

I believe you can get Fentanyl patches, but would probably be hard to obtain (need to go through pain clinics etc before a doctor will prescribe, but try your luck).

Ive been extremely lucky to get my hands on some alternative oil with all the goodness still packed inside. I truly believe that this will work where the oxy has not. Im also on endip, fifty mill, its heavy stuff and works but side effects are heavy. I dont want to take anything that is extremely careful to tell ya the truth, because of my state of mind I am not extremely careful. I will look up fentanyl but your warnings alone scream at me to say no.

Legion, I think my luck has turned this year. We got a house in Gympie, old queenslander, i can shape under the house so will start to set that up. If I cant surf shaping will come next as I love it, truly love it. With the oil that was placed in my hands is also a turning point for me. I will definately put up here reports on how it goes, its potent stuff and I only wanted it as a pain killer so I have to experiment a bit to get the right amount. I dont want to be a stone head so experimental time should be fun. If it takes the pain away I might be able to get a healthy quality of life while I wait for surgery.

Tommorow we are ringing back the specialist to talk about wait times and remind them that im still waiting, it cant hurt, plus I will make sure I dont slip through the cracks a forgotten person.

Hope all are getting great waves.

Thursday will be interesting as thats when I start taking oil as a pain killer.

Im starting to rave again so night all.

Hey Digger,

Best of luck with it, I really hope the natural stuff works :-D-: :-D-: :-D-:

I can't imagine the pain & suffering you personally have been through, only through my best friend - seeing the best years of his life taken away from him through no fault of his own.

Definitely persue what you believe is the best course of action for your own situation. Sounds like you have something (shaping) to (try) to keep your mind off what you are going through. Just take one day at a time, some days will be better than others, maybe also talk with a psychologist to help you deal with everything you are going through. Accupuncture & chiro also help my mate get through the week - dunno if that you will help you, but keep it in mind. Maybe evey some meditation (shaping might do that for you?) & hypnotherapy as other alternative therapies.

Take care man :-D-: :-D-: :-D-:

FENTANYL
a word or warning - its amazingly effective for pain relief but coming off it can be horrendous
I was on a series of things for pain post chemo and radiation
had the fentanyl patches when I was discharged which helped me function pain free quite easily- went OS for 9 days of rest and miscalculated my stock meds and ran out !
Could not sleep at all, crazy aches, and thought I was going mad - all emotions were exaggerated

Do not be tempted to seek opiates without comprehensive medical supervision

Digger, years ago I was on the public wait list to get my ears drilled, ring you specialist will do nothing, he has heaps of other patients just like you and he has no control of the waiting list.
You need to get the number for the clerk in charge of the wait list, my G.P. gave me the number I rang it, got talking to the bloke about wait times and he told me i had about 2 years to go(already been waiting 18 months) but then he said hey I'll put you on a shorter list at another hospital, bingo done in 3 months.

Have you read Sarah Key's book 'Back Sufferers bible''.
Here is an example of one of her exercises.

Andrew Katelaris has a sister in law, Connie who is an eminent asthma specialist at Parramatta.
I credit her with giving my wife back her quality not life when her childhood asthma came back in her 40s.
Our GP told us about he brother way back in the 90s sometime.

When the current generation of politicians finally leave power, we might get somewhere. Unless we get more Greens into power. I'm hoping we see change in my life time.
I know if anyone in my family had cancer, I'd make preparations to seek alternative treatment. I'd be going down the oil path first line rather than spending a cent on Chemo.
It's our right as humans to have access to this plant. In my mind it's one of the biggest crimes against humanity the world has ever seen.
I just never thought I'd see the day where the yanks beat us to it.
We can home brew beer.... why can't we grow our own medicine.
I'm 35 and i've had 2 disc ops at L5/S1. I'm nowhere near as bad as digger, but I've been through the pain killer roller coaster.
I'm at the point where panadeine forte doesn't touch the sides.
I only have periodic spasms now, but it affects my surfing, my work, my mood, my relationship, I can't pick up my 2 year old girl. There are people out there that have it way worse than me, so I actually consider myself pretty lucky.

Haven't clicked the link but I'm assuming its about Raphael.
It's guys like him and David Attenborough that will make the world stand and listen. Both class acts.
