Vaccinations for Bali/Indo

Hi, just wondering if anyone could give me the details of where to get vaccinations around the Nth Beaches, or Chatswood area.

Think I need Hep A and Typhoid and not sure whether I have to go to a special centre or whether I can just go to a GP?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

In the end I just went to the GP and he filled me in on all the details - in case anyone was wondering you need a tetinis shot (if you havn't had one recently) and a Hep A and Typhoid booster. Your GP will be able to sort everything out.

I went to the clinic at Parra but theres a few all over the place if anyone else is interested. I recommend them

I'm heading over to Indo late July.

What sort of time do you need to get the vaccinations before leaving?
Is it just Hep A and Typhoid shots that you need?

What's peoples opinions on getting malaria tablets?

You are better off getting your vaccinations now. I just had my first Hep A/B, Tetanus and Typhoid last week and going for my second lot in 3 weeks time.

I prefer Doxy for malaria. They say you are more prone to sunburn but I hav'nt noticed. I generally cover up anyway. The only side affect with Larium that I know is vivd dreams.

I think there is another one too, can't remember the name but it is expensive.
