Apart from the concept's obvious flaws:

• - smart arses like me deliberately tagging locations with incorrect names or random "sneaky nuts" shots
  
  - the fact that half of "today's surf pics are a month old and feature NO surf
  
  - the ease with which unscruplous people could use it for self promotion / spam

I'm pretty sure the sites you are scraping ( Instagram, Twitpics, PicPlz, Facebook, blogs etc. that you are stealing from ) own the rights to those images.

They WILL come after you, and I'll wager their lawyers are bigger than yours.

If this takes off ,I will have to follow through with the natural urge to snatch the phone off anyone taking photos of the surf and throwing it into the surf , but looking at t I would say it's a dud.
