wanted: old board bag

some scum backpacker stole my cd's, binocs, torch and an old salted up torn board bag from my car the other day.

couldn't care less about the cds and torch but want to beat someone's head over the binocs (precious gift).

anyway, the old board bag is a bit of a necessity to protect my boards from the various metal hooks and bolts in the boot so keen to replace it, but you can't buy busted up board bags. i'm talking about the silver ones - this one was an ex 3 boarder and with broken zips and the insert bit, was perfect for keeping wax of 3 boards and the carpet etc.

so ........ i've got a couple of old boards and hmmm ... possibly something else that someone might want. so if ya got a boardbag you've been meaning to throw out i'll use it for ya free of charge

wanto, im not sure if this is a dumb idea or not, but what about getting two reflective padded windscreen sun covers and making them into a board bag pocket type thing, they only cost about $5

Wanto, you still after the bag? I've got one for a shorty I used to have but don't use anymore. It's in good nick (moved up to a bigger board pretty quickly). It's around 7'2'' and the silver reflective type - just sitting in my parent's garage (better check they haven't chucked it out!)
