Wonder what the locals would think. I'll strap a cd player onto it and play Born Free as I set it loose to disappear into the distance.

Here are some pics of my RC Surfer posted a few years back.Biggest problem was battery life-10-15 min max, then it had to be pulled apart to change it-but still lots of fun when the surf was small. Its now in semi-retirement after the wee man snapped an arm of in a pounding shore-dump!

Oh yeah we have beatiful girls, cool show for our (male) eyes!

Now, return on topic, lessormore nice bodyboarder photos, I'm bodyboarder too, Shark Island is very huge, I've "Recognize the enemy" DV and is incredible.

Battery life may depends by many facts:

1- use newer and powerful batteries, like GP 3700 E 4200, no "NO BRAND" batteries, are poor and dead after a few times..and a 7 cell anonymous go slower than a 6 GP (or IP or LRP, pro brand anyway) cell with the same mah.

2- motor turns, brushed o brushless motor (brushless runs more time bu cost 3 times a lot, so the ESC)

3- pop size, 31x1.4mm go fast but short run batteries, 27x1.4 less speed, more torque, cooler motor and plus runtime.

Oh you good man.

You could strap one of those mini button sized cameras to an RC surfer and get some awesome mini barrel sequences :!:

Poor- low, and thats how it was after the World Cup - the lowest of the low and I was there to witness that saddest of moments and was sitting next to Lucas Neils Dad and Mum - devastation. :( :( :( :(
Enough now though until the tears well up again.
Italy - does have more than its fair share of dark eyed beauties - lets focus on that. :D
