i guess we reaaly should offer up some stingray advice

hot waters the best thing i know to stop the pain :?: other than that

i prefer cut the flaps and burry them in coals too eat :x

nah.....there ok...but prefer a flaty or bream any day

story i hear is he swam over it ( stingray) it freaked, bolted, than double back and got him

that kinda is standard stingray....i was always told if u scare them they will bolt then come back at u  i've had it happen heaps

sooooo if u in the surf or pumpin nippers....u know wat expect

it really sad.....i kinda feel his daughter going grow up b just like him :)

while initially i found his style grating, his enthusiasm, keenness, go for it nature and love of all things Oz should be an inspiration to us all..

RIP the khaki crikey king

PS i found his conservation tips to be A1, particularly those on feral cats!

I must say that at least he went doing something he loved. Better than getting smoked by a car crossing the road. The only better way for him would to have been wacked by a croc!

RIP Steve Irwin

Wrestling a Stingray aye,
Just shows you should stick to what you know.

Sure its a tragic loss of income for tourism, a family and TV, but it was a long time coming, he wrestled crocodiles!

Man i heard this today at work on the radio, the whole place was quiet. The SMH website was inaccesible due to the amount of people tryin to access it for information.

Sad, sad day.

Gonna miss ya Stevo. You were some sanity on Animal Planet while living in supertropolis.

My sincerest thoughts to the family too.

It's just sooooooooo sad!!!

Really sad and it is such a shame for hime to die so young. My heart goes out to his family and friends and may his legacy in conservation and enthusiasm for Australia and our flora and fauna live on. Crocs Rule
