What days go off most?

Was wondering what days you think has the most reoccuring swell?????

Can you recall any momorial days where you scored it each year/month etc..?

I reckon Mondays are usually good. Queens Birthday usually gets good swell as well.

Days when I don't bother with the early usually go off. Then I drive past the beach on way to work and spend the rest of the day consumed with frustration at missing out ...

Winter weekdays. Even when the surf is average, it's above average due to the absence of beginners and crowds. May, June & July

Every big swell in the last few months has arrived on a saturday or sunday. Its so annoying.

i am giving away a local secret here, but during school and uni years the island allways went off, was high tide and offshore with maybe one or two people on it on a wednesday.
by thursday word would be out
by friday the wind or swell changed or faded
by saturday the crowd would be on it at half the size with numerous photographers on it. and the point would be packed.

The best thing about working shift work is the early morning mid week surf. Usually no one around, and if there's more than three blokes, it's packed. I absolutely love it!!

Yeah didn't see it today but was between Shelley and Forresters and job was meant to fininsh a 13:30. I had the flu but thought I'd get an hour in...but no job finished after 5pm and was dark as pouring with rain.
Today ended in 'Y' I take it
