Solid board. Gotta love that feeling of a nice, trusty gun under your feet in conditions like that.
Keep charging mate...

wanto thats a really really good wave. I'd be happy to drown after making a barrel like that :)
just a quick question...
Is deadies the sorta place that gets regular clean up sets or is it sorta predictable cause of the reef?

Nice wave wanto, I'm guessing your happy with your knackers after that one - it'd put a smile on my face if it was moi and I bet your've still got one on your face, a smile that is!
ps: I'm glad the ponies dead
If it's well engineered it's beautiful .

ahh ok. so avoid the smaller ones. I was just wondering cause there is a break around my place that's a little similar to deadies, just not half as consistent. There's always bodyboarders riding it so that's no help when ya trying to suss out the takeoff method.

wanto wrote:haha .. 'secret' as in been on the news secret? it's probably the most photographed spot on the northern beaches! (ps i know you were kidding) (pps hows burleigh?) (ppps your bro got some nice waves this morning)
I can only imagine (re Tom).
Burleigh totally Sucked, the bank is soooo epic for a south swell but this one just went flying right past to New Caledonia or somewhere. I dunno, feel a bit spoiled for surf this year so who can complain, but ...d'oh!
Got to say I'd rather surf Burleigh than the Stuporbank any day (almost).
xxnc
ps maybe you should have a paddle-out ceremony for the pony.
