Problem is, Johnno, that to do what I do you've gotta live in sydney. And if you want good private schools for your kids, you live in Sydney. And if you want access to the best Universities, you live in Sydney (or melbourne, but that's no solution) . Aside from those things, I'd move to somewhere else in a flash.

So I put up with the crowds, and every session seems to bring me one step closer to throwing in surfing all together. If you're part of the problem... become part of the solution, hey? Too many idiots? Would one less help? Anyway. Back to the forge.

on tuesday there were 2 guys out at boxy gets real quiet on work and school days. They ended up leaving whole beach was empty and i wasnt leaving till 4pm

theres a relitavely secret spot up here at the northern northern beaches called 'the terrace' it is an angry left that opens up on rock ledge (its a bit shorter than LA)... some of the boogs here may know of it. works on south swells .its nuts

Go public, go country :D . Forget the BMW and the Lattes :shock: . You can go surfing at Sawtell with the locals :D .

i got terrace like 7 ft and cranking today it was bullsh** and no one else out just me, killing it, rooster tails, funktown, hobo trick flip, cherry poppin delight.
I love the fact sydney still has secret spots

me and my mates discovered a little right that only works maybe once or twice each year. and when it does work it scares of most people that try to surf it......inlcuding me
