How do you guys fair when you head down to the southern parts of aus?
of course its not just the water temp that makes you cold, its the cold westerly winds at 6am that really get you. Doesn't help when there's like a 30minute lull either
after spending the last 16 years surfing all year from sydney down to pot holes down south - the move up to the goldie has been luxury if for one thing. the water ain't cold. the last week in the water has been the first week i'm out of the boardies and into the spring suit. I reckon i may not pull out the 2/3 steamer this year.
