Steve, you'll be pleased to know that, before enjoying his sensational value degustation dinner by the ocean, my mate had a lovely 9 holes of golf on the very pleasant Bribie Island Golf Club course.

We used to collect golf balls from that lake and sell them to golfers.

see at Bert's you get to gaze out over the sylvan inlets of southern Pittwater, and in the middle distance, the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club, where the wealthiest and most stylish people in the nation keep their magnificent racing vessels.

I'd provide you all with a photograph but you don't deserve it. well maybe D Dog deserves it but he can always pop up for a Martini and a couple of bar snacks.
