Lennox Head is officially a 'National Surfing Reserve'. I don't know exactly what that means, but I think it makes it everybody's patriotic duty to have a surf there, a bit like visiting Uluru.

Steve's bringing them in by the busload.

It was Steve's posts on swellnet and here that made me move up.

I wasn't fully convinced so I only moved 3/4 of the way up.

This is no bullshit, I am working with a large developer to secure investment for a large resort in Lennox. It will be in walking distance from the point and the premium accommodation will have views overlooking the waves. It will be marketed as a high end resort catering to wealthy surfers and their families.

Peak times should have between 40-60 surfers at the resort. It will bring a lot of jobs and wealth to the area. Be great for Lennox when (not if) it gets built. Hopefully doors open by June 2019
