Dons Dons is good when its bigger. I surfed it once by myself once for a few hours in early March at head and a half to double.
That was quite a few years ago, I guess it would be a shitfight now even in March

Our swell has been downgraded Salty, they knocked about 40% off the kJs so it looks like a pleasant head and a half with the occasional double.

Yes. There were three occasions last year when I was caught by 5+ wave double overhead+ sets and felt that I was getting close to the limit. I, and most in the water at the time (who were already a pretty small group) paddled in.Beanpole wrote:Feeling good about that Cranky?

And very pleased to find out that I missed one of the heaviest wet seasons in many years. Only started fining up in the last week and I certainly hope it stays on that trend
