May as well try to generate some Q&A from such crap conditions.

1) Is Wilko gone for the year?
2) Will the yellow rashie change hands by the end of the comp (JJF needs 5th, Medina 2nd to claim it)?
3) Can Kai take down Medina in round 3 to nullify the previous suggestion?
4) Will the weather gods balance out the conditions for the rest of the year?
5) Any other smokies for the title race?

Would love to see him in the title mix. He'll be carrying a 25th with him. But a few more wins would help.

Clearly that silly bloody wave machine has destroyed the champs innate ability to ride real waves. You could see the old geezer just wishing he was back in his park with the dirty water mechanical fake tubes instead of getting amongst it at Chopes.
Surfing is in the 2020 Olympic Games. No one should be surprised if a 48 yr old bald American takes out the Gold medal.

For a second there I thought you were serious (emoticons set me straight), and that perhaps I was not being critical enough of his surfing today.
I say we start a campaign for Tahiti to host the 2024 Olympics. Guarantees surfing will be at Chopes. Just as much chance as a 52 year old bald American taking gold there too.
