Hammer heads do. Their whole head is actually a giant pair of ears with eyes on the end.

It wasn't Micks yellow board that attracted the shark, it was the legrope, what colour was it?

Sorry Loof, wasn't ignoring you, been out all day.

Adventure camp primarily used by local and international school students. Mate has the contract to supply various activities.

My gig was being dropped off at a semi-remote mangrove tributary off the river and spending ten hours a day in sandfly country guiding groups of students in building a raft from basic materials and circumnavigating a mangrove island in the main river in the raft.
Mostly asian students. Unbelievably feeble and physically useless.

Evans is the heart of the Bundjalung country, where the dreaming story began. The town itself is a WW2 holiday town for cane farmers and cockies, utterly without charm or concession to the modern australian conceits of foodieism and home reno and thus a most wonderful place to visit. It is like going back in time to a more attractive Australia.
It's a beautiful place to roam barefoot, full of bindis and black sand.

^^ Funny.. I had a surf at North Wall the other day. When I pulled up there was no one out. So did the calculations in my head that it would be extremely unlikely that 3 people would be attacked in 3 weeks. Two guys paddled out after I did which made me feel a bit less exposed. It's a weird feeling when you come in after a surf at an obviously sharky spot.

Quite a few waves there as well.
Called into Wooli on the way down the coast speaking of time warps. Always wondered what it was like. Only once. Makes Evans Head look like The Gold Coast.

There is a Shark Creek down near Brooms Head

Ice has ruined some of those lovely little places .. Corindi, Red Rock, Wooli, Diggers Camp, Minnie Waters, etc

Pebbly Beach and Sandon are some of my favourite spots for exploring down that way
