Cornwall, crowded, yes. not snapper crowded but enough to be a hassle. Plenty of footage of good days if u look around. Here's a nice clip that captures a sunny Cornwall with waves beautifully

why would your cousin base themselves outta cornwall for 8 months of surf holidays? expensive, cold and more shit waves than you can shake a stick at.

has your cousin heard of indonesia, the south pacific or hell ... even byron bay?
