OxyContin is a brand name, Al, it's Oxycodone that is the drug. OxyContin has been in Australia for ages, at least since 2006. We often use it under the brand name Endone.
There are different strengths and some are designed to prevent injection but it's basically the same stuff.

We have opioid and codeine problems in Australia, too.
Jesus, there must be a big difference in dosages, the oxy tablets they gave me at hospital were super mild, a pleasant light buzz. The intravenous ( i think? Haha ) endone left me paralytic, almost drooling and completely fkukked.

rikodeine cough suppressant. It has Dihydrocodeine in it. The chemist handed me a bottle and said, you need to cease taking it after 2-3 days, it's addictive. Fk me I can see why, couple of glasses of red and a few swigs of this stuff makes for an extremely pleasant evening. Extremely pleasant.

Fcuking cold this morning with a strong offshore, clean lines but the spray off the nose of the board was blinding and the wind was holding up the wave face and the board making take offs tricky. Got to my feet on one and something didn’t feel right, looked down and the toes of my front foot were folded back under my foot :o
Nine hours later the three middle toes are black and painful.
Cold weather booties for the next few months.

Nurses, the cruelest of the cruel. Broken collarbone would mean fair expectation for a change of sides in bed, would it not?

As I’ve stated before Swivel, unless there’s a knife handle sticking out of your chest* don’t expect any sympathy from any nurse wife.
