There is a huge tomato rinsing factory here in Lemoore actually, about a k from the pool. It’s horrendous. I don’t think I will ever be able to look at tinned tomatos the same way.

Earlier this morning I tuned into the Lame-or Bathtub Classic, just in time to catch Sorefoot Slater catch a couple. It appeared (to me) that his right-hander was slightly larger and crisper than some of the other waves I'd seen ridden. After returning from a quick dawn patrol, it would now appear that there has indeed been some dissent in the ranks with regards to the consistency of the waves. Not the rights, mind you ... they're re-surfing the lefts again, as apparently there was indeed some inconsistencies in the wave quality.

Now, if one was inclined to latch onto conspiracy theories, one could possibly be inclined to think that old sorefoot might be getting his minions to tweak the knobs of destiny ...
