I buy most of mine at Vinnies....currently sporting two pair of Bong Platinum.......$10 each. I've got a few I got through surfstitch cheap....plus a couple of duds that need to go to Vinnies. Wiki and Bong seem to fit okay....Hurley rarely do. I've got one fairly long legged pair of old Hurleys however that are my default Asian travel pants since they just about cover my knees. The actual surfing models are 17" leg though.

Who makes good boardies in size 31?
30 too tight, 32 too loose.
I get 32s and they're alright, but when it's big (like this week) I need a vest to tie them to if I get smashed.
The rhythms are real comfy, Braithy. You'll like them.

I have a pair of O'Neill Hyperfreak shorts in either size 30 or 31. I can't tell as the label has worn off and the sales order didn't state the size. They were great until they got too loose around the waist and I had to stop wearing them as they nearly come off when I get smashed.
And my size 30 Quiksilver is almost as snug a fit as my size 28 Hurleys.

You can get Patagonia at Rays Tent City now, you can use your Rays card for a discountHatchnam wrote:What douchebag would spend $200 on boardies. Big W I think it was had mambo 4-way stretch ones with key loop for $35. Might scope out QS Philip street tmoz
Is this the decline of another great surf brand that was never really great.

I'm a 31 as well. Buy 32s that have the string that goes all the way around, not just the 2 inches at the frontbuddy wrote:Who makes good boardies in size 31?

Quicksilver the company has changed its name. Now 'Boardriders Inc' (but will still use the QS brand)

Everyone's favourite non paywalled news site has an article about the QS

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Re: Just general surfing stuff
these rhythms are the comfiest shorts ever.
they don't feel durable like the dane ones do but ... the material his was made out of is bulletproof.

I reckon Deus products aren't as hard wearing generally as most others for the price.

Re: Just general surfing stuff
Last pair of boardies i purchased cost $5.00 at Kingsford markets. Kingsford markets, which were fairly shit except for a couple of stalls, no longer exist. The light rail has taken the space for train tracks and stuff. The nursery guy that was there before the train tracks had good plants though, nice basil and herbs. I can't really compare how my boardies perform against all the new tech boardies. I'm completely at a loss. I wonder that fabrics can be that advanced. I'd quite like a pair of boardies that could rub my cock while i surfed though, that would heighten my wave count i'm sure.
