Re: Just general surfing stuff
The WSL has been streaming on Facebook for a year already, it's not gonna change their web cast thing.
Re: Just general surfing stuff
Just walked into SDS. When did board shorts start costing $80 - $100 ?!
Re: Just general surfing stuff
That's at the cheap end.
Go to the outlet sales like the rest of us.

There's a Quicksilver store on Philip st CBD that sells boardies for $30-$40. And have done for years. I figured that was near enough the going rate. $80-$100 can get proper fûcked. I'd wear King Gees before I'd part with that sort of money for boardies

That's what the 30-50% off sales are for.

Re: Just general surfing stuff
I just can't believe people pay that. If my kids asked for them id need a few minutes to stop laughing before I could say no.
Plenty of people must though, they've been crazy dear for years.
Imagine the markup on a pair of $100 boardies made in who knows where for next to nothing? T shirts are no better.

Why six? Different colours and patterns to match your boards?Legion wrote:All Rip Curl and Quik. Best deal I got were some pairs of KS Quiks after he left them.Legion wrote: I thought everyone has a quiver of boardies? I've got about six.

Re: Just general surfing stuff
Why would anyone need a quiver of six pairs of boardies. They're dry in 10 minutes
Re: Just general surfing stuff
I have one pair and I never take them out the boot of my car...
