When I arrived at the pool this morning at 5.30 I saw a bloke and his 2 kids rock up with Gunthers which caught my eye. The dad even had glass ins.
On closer inspection, it was Trent Munro.

Then they ran the morning test waves and the kids absolutely frothed out their skins yelling “omg did you see the barrel to each other” then running around back and forth giggling.

Pretty cool I thought.

Beltiing in at Bronte today. Guys sitting way out. I reckon this swell might chew up McKenzies pretty quickly.

Went for a swim at Bronte. Big sets. A few out. Couple of guys tried paddling off the beach and went nowhere fast. Best waves I saw were a guy on a big red mal. Well overhead sets. Last one he got he handled very well. Lots of closeouts in the mix. A lot of people seriously undergunned.
Clubbies had their hands full. Bogey Hole and pool were packed. They had to rescue an Asian kid from the side pool while I was there.
