One of the surfers in the film - Josh Fuller - will be coming along on the night.

hey tonks
was just checking the details on Facebook for this weekend and you have the time at 8pm UTC+11 which is the daylight saving timezone, but the event is in Qld?
So is the film starting at 7pm Qld time, or is it at 8pm Qld time (UTC+10)?

Movie will start at 8pm Qld time, but Sunhouse will be open from 6 for drinks and meals.

No plans as yet. TBH, I really didn't expect so much interest in the film. I've had requests from quite a few people to arrange screenings in their part of the world. Not sure how feasible this is. It's been a fair bit of work to make the screening on the GC happen... and, really, they should be approaching the makers of the film.steve shearer wrote:Tonks any chance of a screening in Byron?

I've been informed that it's already been shown in Byron, but I think another screening would be well attended, as you suggest. Do you know of any places that would show it? I generally try to avoid that place.

I'd love to but I don't think I can make it. Going away for a couple weeks on Sun and it would be a tough sell.
