Did you grab a few?
Didn't know you were after the jabiru one, think they had heaps of them.
They only had 1 of the colour you were after in the Daintree Diver (at Robina), heaps of the ones with the silver body but without the red head.
Going to check the local ones tomorrow, they're a lot cheaper than most so if they work I'll grab an armful.

You don't know where to get Vibrotails, do you?
Cod have destroyed my stocks.

haven't seen vibrotails for years.

Make sure you retrofit the trebles and split rings on the cheap lures.

But otherwise they work unreal.

Yeah it's an option. I believe theres' a right off the southern headland in big swell which is each to imagine, just not sure what'll happen in a big NE swell. Should be interesting.
Surfed that right on the same trip when it calmed down a bit. Quite a nice right. Good luck.

Yeah, I think I'm out of luck on the VIbrotails. Might write a nice letter to the makers and see if they have any stocks left over. Think they were Rapalas, have to brush up on my Finnish.

I used cheap lures on Spaniards for a while, the (replaced) middle treble kept pulling through the body of the lure.
Then I started using skirted jig heads and spring riggers instead. Will give them another go.

That has happened to me too on those cheap lures.

Normally I replace them or lose them after a few fish.

Better than losing a twenty dollar lure.

At five bucks a throw it's a good deal.

Love this stuff.
For Teahupoo I need just a jetski, but for tomorrow I think a helicopter is not bad. Beanpole or other guys, you know where I can hire in Sydney a helicopter?

Is this sarcasm or just a destruction of all the credibility that "she" has created?

How's this for a forecast. Sydney tomorrow (Tuesday):

Cloudy. Rain, becoming less widespread during the morning, clearing during the afternoon. Winds northeast to southeasterly 50 to 70 km/h tending northwest to northeasterly 35 to 55 km/h in the morning then tending northwest to southwesterly 25 to 35 km/h in the middle of the day.

The Bra was too big and messy for me so I went to Wanda. Nothing bigger than 2ft when I was there in the morning. Super clean conditions, especially when compared to the Bra. Had a look at Bondi after that (ramen noodles in the Junction for brunch) and it was bigger than Wanda.

lol wanda is completely sheltered from any NE swell.

Just surfed down south and there was some big 8ft plus sets rolling through every 15 minutes or so.

creased my step up! fuuuck.

What is about on Wednesday or an other day for me? What do you think guys, particular Nick? Today and tuesday is still impossible for me and seriously too much for me. Because I tried yesterday evening more than 1 hour to paddeling in the lineup, but I couldn't.
2-3 times overhead should be on Wednesday...What do you think? I know my surf abilities are still not good, particular on my shortboard (total 2 month surfing in 3 years). I have respect about the waves, but I' m not a scared person and sure I like the thrill...Yes, and I'll looking for a suitable board on Wednesday for me...

If I could surf like you guys, I' ll surf today. So good luck for today and tomorrow, guys. Have fun..
