No orchestras going as far as I know and I'd definitely be using fins, but holy Shit, it's an amazing wave.

At first I thought it was a fkrkn brilliant idea.

Nick and Roy do Namibia. I was sure that out of all us realsurf slutts we could chip in to cover the cost for the boys. But then I thought fckkk wait...imagine the cost in freighting one or two of those Roy Stewart logs all the way to Namibia. Unfortunately I think logistically and economically the idea is out of the question.

that's insane. I had to watch it twice. There was an entire wave-length barreling before he even got into it! and then there was that bit towards the end where it turns inside out. As the kids say: OMG!

I dunno, given a) the length of the wave and b) Roy's poo-stance, I'm concerned about hanky-panky occurring.

I'm not worried about Roy surfing semi-naked because widespread Vit D deficiency is one of his core philosophical tenets and the wan Namibian sun, shielded as it is by the constant seafog could only be beneficial to his overall chemical disposition.

Maybe Nick could be clothed in a disused elephant seal skin (with some blubber intact), tailored by Roy from diamond adzes used to craft the surfboard?

It would add extra weight but Roy could compensate by adding extra volume to the board.
