Whats with SUP riders and bad boardshorts. If I had to stand on top of the water with a cool breeze I'd have a wetty on. And isn't going down the beach to get in the water the whole point not standing on top of it.

Well said, also getting a good longboard over 12 feet long helps, I have no problem with them so far in fact I had a couple moaning recently that I was catching too many waves.

Asking for rules and regulations is just shortsighted, and gay.

You see, dealing with SUPs is not all that bad or dangerous after all ....when one compares it to having to compete with one of those 12 foot plus Roy Stewart specials.
