I could never understand the phenomena of celebrity infatuation/worship. I’m more interested to see how fat, bald, and/or f-d up some of my school mates have become on facebook.

That’s my world.

That’s my history.

I would rather go on a surf trip with mates than a bunch of ‘celebrity’ surfers or A grade hollywood actors any day.

Leave that for the seppo’s and 'no life'rs'.

That’s the bottom line.

I remember Cameron Diaz & timberlake were in tavarua back in about 2005.

Eddie Vedder loves sitting in the channel at chopes too. Not really A-listers, but still...

My theory is apart from being generally volatile they play footie because they get cooked at the beach. Don't get me started on volatile redheaded women. Often volatile in a good way though :D :D

Yep, sounds reasonable. Footy ovals in Australia are often indoors or otherwise well shaded.

how about steve irwin? that man was so stoked on land. can you imagine him after getting barreled.
or maybe there would be some inverse-something principle -- perhaps he would have just yawned.

Mick Campbell is a surfer. He may be prone to skin cancer being a blood nut.
Anyone comparing a solid mid summer surf session in Queensland to a mid winter game of footie is a wranger.
