It's not Midget in his hairy days is it?woolly wrote:And what can you do on a single finned stinger?.....This one was made by the bloke surfing it, but it also had a step in bottom. It's not a great pic, but the stinger and step are quite obvious in this shot.
Can any of you roosters ID the surfer? ( ... you don't get a guess prids...)

You aren’t the room Yuke You are just a wonky cafe table with a missing rubber pad on the end of one leg.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

RJ ! Sheeze no not that little pin prickwoolly wrote:Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner.
It is indeed Wayne Williams. An unbelievable surfer that could rip shit on a dunny door. Even if the door was still attached to the shithouse itself! A sadly missed, long time friend. RIP Crumpet.
Clackerty? RJ??

I got a board off Wayne when I was 14 and on hols in Yamba. And my shop was where his shop was ( or possibly next door), had mixed reports from people...but heard he was a bloody great surfer...

Apologies for the thread revival, but does anyone know how Wayne Williams died? I had the utmost pleasure of staying at his families beach hut at Angourie this weekend and I met Lyndall Williams and she showed me some great old photos of Wayne ripping it up at the point.

Is his young fella still having a dig at shaping?

I think Lyndall may have mentioned something that he might be making boards?

Re: Ben Aipa Stinger for sale
Haven't been to angas for over a decade now, last time I was down there I went to Wayne's to pick up a new quiver of boards for my wife's uncle out by the lake. Wasn't long before he tragically moved on.
