Surf was massive over my way.

Biggest maximum wave reading was 5.51 metres around lunchtime on the Port of Melbourne buoy in Bass Strait

Flinders was huge, averaging around 3 metres on the face with bigger ones closing the place out, so I ventured round to Point Leo. Got heaps of rides, stayed out for three hours

Everywhere was pumping round here today. Two good surfs on a local reef with the 4pm till dark sesh being the best. Some flawless waves coming through.

Yeah a couple of times while I was under I was waiting for the thump on the head from my board or the rocks on the bottom but lucky me it was only a shortage of air that seemed to be the issue!
