looking for intermiediate/advanced surf coach

Hi,
Perhaps my quest is not uncommon. I am getting old (35), started surfing late (30), but still have minor delusions of grandeur ... I wanna rip. Grind away on eastern suburb (sydney) close-outs 4-7 days a week, study whatever surf guides (e.g. the Nick Carrol books) i come across, and visualize sweet backside turns at work. But in truth, my backside sucks (was horrified by pics of my surfing Ulu's last fall), and I aint exactly hacking it up on my front either. I've put in the dog work ... strong paddler, ride a wide variety of boards and have a very consistent take-off ... but I am self taught and always seem to be a step behind. I know some coaching would do a world of good. I got the time, dedication and a bit of money .... but where's the coach? I've asked around ... nada. There's a market neiche here i reckon. Just looking to speed up the learning curve. Perhaps a couple weekends on the northern beaches, some video and an honest evaluation. Any takers/advice?
Kind regards,
Paul
