how good....if as well as tagged them they implanted sucide bombs in them that could be set off automaticly as they came near swimmers/surfers

and not only did it blow them up saving said water users....but it blew them into boneless nugget size chunks of flake...

just crumb and cook

What about tagging and tracking SUP riders? the tag could be attached to their scrotums to make it difficult to remove.
