Filmed this on the beautiful day of 6th february 2010, and mixed it up quickly in adobe premiere pro.

One of the best days I have ever seen at Boscombe Pier, Bournemouth, UK. Stunning, superclean sets rolled in the whole morning and most of the mid-day. A legendary day in the surfing history of Boscombe Paradise Pier.

just spent the morning watching Prickett's 16mm footage from Eddie day, shot from the ski in the channel, and can I tell ya ... Boscombe Pier isn't as good as that.

i've been known to embarrass myself defending foreign lands and their cheese and butter production. but finding a good word for the poms here is even stretching me.

I feel bad for ragging on the poor old limey who was only, after all, sharing the stoke.......but I spent 2 months in Bomo surfing the "legendary" Combe and that place is not a fcuking surf spot.


Also, as a general rule of thumb, there is nothing more depressing in this world than an English seaside resort.

The whole English nation pretty much went downhill after it's monumental defeat of Hitler in the Battle of Britain.
