yes woolly, all well and good old mate but my comment was more about the longevity of this topic and the posts relevance to the subject clearly stated by the first initial poster. I know you would take care of your kids wellfare, what parent wouldn't? I just stated my opinion, which was that this is getting to be a bit of a circle jerk.

I'm as light as a feather mate, any lighter and I'd be on the periodic tables
Surfin Turf wrote:the list idea sounds like such a great idea .... or what we could do is suggest that all new people read through the list of forum topics, which is conveniently found in list format, in the forums ...

for example ... if you select the general surf discussion forum there is a list of all the topics ever discussed ... :!:
Have you not seen that most of us on here can't think for ourselves? Let alone scroll through pages and pages of topics trying to work out what we can and can't post.

The old K.I.S.S principle.
Surfin Turf wrote:I think your idea is great but just wanting to put forward another option for seeing what has been previously discussed ...
Noble idea, but I think it's too much for people to actually follow. A list simplifies things for everyone

Now where's Ringa? I think this nonsense constitues boosting my post count and I want him to see I'm helping him with his issue.

Merry Christmas Surfin'.

ahhh ... so that's "circlejerk" not "circle, jerk" ... I was wondering why you were agreeing with gibber ...

Simple plan, move to the central coast. Im from Budgewoi, If I surf with more than 5 ppl its considered over crowded. Ppl up here are generally easy going and I have only once had a run in similar to your lad but took it with a grain of salt and stared the arsehole out. The surf is just as good if not better than Sydney, its less crowded, the area is still raw and under developed, there is bugger all Traffic Lights, your closer to the north coast, a skip from Newcastle, and a weekly train ticket from Wyong to Sydney is the same price as a weekly bus ticket from Avalon to the city, the chicks are always up for it, the guys are crazier but friendlier, the cops dont give a shit what you do, neither does the council, the houses are more affordable, the lifestyle is much more laid back, the ocean actually has fish in it as does the lakes and estuaries and the air & water is cleaner.

....... and there's a suburb of Sydney called Rooty Hill.
Even better is the Amish town of Intercourse in Pennsylvania and a town called F_ucking in Austria. Apparently they have a major problem with street signs being stolen...... but I digress....

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

As well as the Gold Coast sub of Worongary. Which when pronounced, sounds like someone with a mild intellectual disability saying, "what wrong Gary?".
