Same here BD. That one makes it for me.black duck wrote:Don't really want to single out any individuals from the Eddie, but this pic is the one that does it for me. So steep, so heavy and everyone charging
Great commitment, so steep.
What I really like about it is the symmetry and virtually perfect form of both surfers, balance over board, staying with it, trying to keep a rail in the face, eyes on the prize.
I think the inside guy didn't quite make it, he is so deep though.
That is the type of water shot that really gives you an idea of what is going on.

You aren’t the room Yuke You are just a wonky cafe table with a missing rubber pad on the end of one leg.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

ha ha I drowned the camera that first big day, the one when Tom got hurtfoot-e wrote:still waiting for the out the back yak's to emerge tho hey NC?
yes, can't tell you how thrilled I was, a coupla waves into the session, there's 15-20 of the best big wave chargers in the world out, all happy, laughing, stoked in this mental lineup, 25-foot sets every 20 minutes, and I pull out the camera, and it's got water up to the eyeballs.
it cut me up so badly, I just abandoned the whole idea for a few days. but bought a new camera now so if there's a day worth Yakking I'll deploy it.
