Drugs E Africa “style’
If I took drugs at a professional level I would seriously think about moving to South Africa.
Cocaine is $50 a gram and the drug ‘ice’ is $7 a point.
On the down side a few old mates have had their brains cooked ‘al dente’ style from excess.
Now all they do is walk around in circles eating cabbage and chewing on biltong occasionally while staring into space and mumbling garbage.
It has made me more determined to bring up my kids in a drug free environment and even be healthier then I already am.

i hear they still make mandrax/quaaludes in south africa.
Re: Drugs E Africa “style’
Mandrax is a massive issue in some of the townships.purple pyramids wrote:i hear they still make mandrax/quaaludes in south africa.
What is also Impressive is the regional strains of weed - worth travelling aorund the country just for that!
Re: Drugs E Africa “style’
Why Sth Africa when you could go to Ecuador or other Sth America countries and get cocaine for $5-10 a gram. Weed 5 bucks for about a quarter etc. Poor choice of country as an example I reckon.
ps. according to the cocaine museum in Bolivia it cost the producers just $2 to produce 1 KILOGRAM of the stuff. They are getting rich selling it for 5 bucks a gram over there.
I agree though, I'd like a drug free environment for my (future) kids too...

Really? No way! I disagree. I want my kids to be brought up in a drug rich environment. I think the sign of a healthy, well rounded childhood is a wealth of track marks up and down both arms and hopefully by the time they are five they will have done away with their septum. I will be teaching my kids the importance of shelving and heroin makes for a fun way of educating them about the periphery of their circulatory system.Jimi wrote:I agree though, I'd like a drug free environment for my (future) kids too...

The traditional way to smoke Mandrax aka “buttons” is to get a empty long neck(beer) .
1)Break bottle as if your about to glass someone in the face (2 inches up from mouth of bottle neck).
2)Block up entrance with a paper filter …rolled up
3)Pack in 1 gram of weed
4)Sprinkle in crushed tablet (sometimes called “cremora” (named after a milk powder product).
5)Burn and inhale all contents in one go
6)Foam at mouth and fall over(eyes usually rolled back in head at this stage)
7)Only smoke with gang members if you know them well. The 28’s will roll you and the Mongrels might stab you.
Feeling is similar to opium but far more powerful.
Typical buttons invitation talk al la south African style “ Hey bru wanna kap a button jou pooos?”
And Ive been to Bolivia a cuppla times and if I was into cocaine I certainly would rather pay $47 a gram in South Africa and have a very good chance of getting away with it than get caught in any South American country and spend any time in one of those prisons. What for >>> to save $30. pffffft
Anyway drugs are bad for you ….ask any addict if you don’t believe me
Yes Still Here(Totally Gone) I got waves in the reserve
Off to Indo soonish. Sick of travelling tho.

Love air pockets and wind shears the best.
Looking around the plane at my fellow ‘Aircrash Investigation’ devotees, sweating and clutching white knuckled onto their arm rests makes flying even more enjoyable

i'm terrified of flying, i hate it! the other day on the train back to hanoi we shared a cabin with a canadian man who told us how he had flown little planes all over alberta province, working for the mining companies. and how he had made a lot of money and become an alcoholic, and flown off his face for years before entering rehab. he had given up drinking a year or two before we met, and ate lollies non-stop as the train went along. i had a beer before he started telling his stories, and then i switched to water. his stories reinforced for me my conviction that flying is nuts. a couple of his friends had been even worse. one once landed on a highway, thinking it was an airstrip. but i like going to other places, i think. makassar, now there's an interesting place. magadan, too. i have an idea about ships, but haven't looked into it.
