Long Reef’s lost the plot over the last couple of years. Crowds have become ridiculous. Manly-like crowds even during the week. Plenty of aggro too. I rarely bother checking it these days.

Went for a flounder around. Goofing around on this old fish I fixed up has been a bit of fun......when it all comes together.

Not that you know me Channels, but no I'm not an ex pro who surfs maxing Sunset. However, can tell you lunch time yesterday the long reef car park was full and the there was a decent 4/5 ft that had a bit of power in it, not heavy by any stretch and it was packed off the lugga. I saw at least 3 guys not get out and the amount of guys pitched was countless. When it's 3 foot they'll mow the lawns and wait the the next decent swell to get pitched at long reef lol.
Saying that I haven't disagreed with NC, it's just my observation of spending 3-4 days in the water a week
I’m surprised people don’t seem to work anymore.
As for my last comment about NC, I reckon he would be referencing an 8-10 foot day when there are few surfing.

It's nowhere near like Dee Why.
Although it was packed this morning due to the kiddies comp.

Friday DY second walkway had a good left and had about 4 guys on it. Long Reef per above. Chockers.

Wednesday. Maybe 10 blokes from clubhouse to the pole. Longy was maybe 20 or more surfing the lugga.
